3. Two-Face, Gang war , both have 5 weeks preps and can hire up to 500 Goons

He beats no one he got bested by regular cop

he clears it with five years prep. he killed like a hundred gaurds in like a minute. and was super rich.

Why is Batman last? Also he clears every round, even the bonus rounds.

punisher wins for many reasons he is bs free he won't stop to think he will cap nemesis i own and have read nemesis but punisher is not gonna mess about and fought people well above his own level so yeah nemesis gets messed up on round 2

I am sorry but as i said punisher Stomps i mean i love millars work and i did enjoy nemesis he was shown too have skill but he got too cocky agains't the last cop and president if he does that too punisher or any on the list above he will die and i say it definetly stops at number 2

The reason i said it stops at number 2 is because one punisher is always armed and when nemesis tries too get the drop on frank he will miss and will pay

If he has 5 years prep and they have none then he clears it how can they stop him.
