Nemesis (Capcom) vs. Bane (TN1 overdose)

No rocket launchers and no infection. No prep or knowledge of the opponent. No outside help. No bfr - win by death or knockout only. The fight takes place in Blackgate. Who and why?

Doesn't Nemesis regenerate?

Maybe Bane. But doesn't nemesis have tentacles capable of impaling people and stuff?

Pretty good brawl I'm imagining here, but I say Bane probably takes this.

Nemesis is far from slow. I think Bane has the edge in strength but Nemesis can grab his head and impale his brain with a tendril.

Nemesis stomps, Bane might as well be fodder.
