And how is that ? By anything that he dispalyed 616 full power Galactus should be equal to Eternity (without the UN). And yet Shuma rules ove hudreds dimension and universes (Dr. Strange stopped the invasion of 616 by destroying the ego of Ancient One trough whom Suma tried to come to 616) and by thus he has killed many Eternities. Also with UN Galactus can destroy/recreate the universe. And yet again that isn't enough to even stop Shuma Gorath.
Also non-main contiunity Galactus manage to become so powerfull that even LT couldn't stop him. And if you remember the 616 is said to be the most powerfull galactus. And if we use that logic than 616 theoreticly should be more powerfull even than THE NON-MAIN CONTINIUTY ONE. But that's theoreticly, and so far by now 616 didn't showed anything that would make him superior to Shume. Nekron from Blackest Night is only an universal threat.
And about Cyttorak well Juggy is immortal and even the Oblivion can't effect him. The Vishanti that dare to figh Shuma-Gorath are afraid of him. So I would say that he is pretty powerfull

@Danilo018: you are wrong ruling several dimensions is not proof you can kill Eternity. there is only one eternity in the whole omni-verse of marvel. Galactus is stronger then Shuma, you went with an incorrect assertion to an incorrect conclusion. LT is the most powerful entity in marvel after TOAA in the canon Marvel universe. Shuma's powerful but he's not a full powered Galactus.

Furthermore Nekron is not just a universal threat. He's a threat to all existence, he's the physical incarnation of death as a finality, he can kill anything below him in power except the power of the white lantern, his anthesis.

No you're wrong. There is Multi-Eternity, not one Eternity of the whole omniverse. And Multi-Eternity is multiversal (omniverse>>multiverse). Also Multi-Eterinty is the sum of Eterinties of every universe in the multiverse. Basilcly every Marvel universe has it's Eternity. Shuma Gorath is complete ruler of hundreds of dimesnions and universes. And to be complete ruler of some universe you need to kill it's Cosmic enteties (Eterity, Infinity, Death, Oblivion, Galactus, etc...). Also when Dr. Strange has aborbed the powers of Shuma Gorath (he was in one of Shuma's lesser realms) the sheer output of that power could destroy many galaxies. Also the power that Shuma possesed in that realm would make Mephisto and Satanish (at full power) make look like a mice(Mephisto and Satanish powers) in a great temple (Shuma's power). And the more naitve the domain of Shuma is the more powerfull he is. Also have you seen the fight between the Mephisto and moderatly fed Galactus ? it was basicly a stealmate until Galactus started to devour Mephisto's realm. Even before Marvel invented the idea of Multiverse (in early 70's) the whole Marvel Universe (it's was basilcy what omniverse is today) was needed to be restarted in order for Shuma to be stopped. And Nekron isn't incarnation od death. In DC/Vertigo the death is represented by Death of the Endless. And Nekron is only a ruler of the dimension that is between Hell, Limbo and Purgatory and in which departed souls await their final destination. And the more souls Nekron has the more power he posses. And he is no threat to all existence since he only was a threat to New Earth universe cause he tried to kill the Entity of Life. And the reason main because I said that it will endup being Cyttorak vs Shuma is because they can't be killed or deleted from existence.
