Spawn would definitely win just based on the fact that nekron is everything spawn and his suit feed off of,he is pure evil,sin,and complete dark and negative energy,nekron would only empower spawn while weakening himself the longer they fought,you can't put spawn against pure evil,sin,and negative energy or spawn will always win.

Taking away Spawn's good powers and making him fight Nekron. You forgot spawn is tied to an electric chair by adimantium chains and if he escapes Leetha will implode and destroy the multiverse except for Nekron. Without his good powers, this is just spite.
