Neji Hyuga vs Spiderman

This has been bugging me for a while now. Spiderman is much stronger and more durable than Neji and has better reflexes, but Neji is a better fighter than spiderman and I believe that Byakugan is superior to spider sense and Neji has jutsu to compensate for his weaknesses. Plus i think speed is roughly equal here and gentle fist could give spiderman some trouble.

Rules:

-This is early shippuden Neji

-I will assume that all jutsu work

-This fight takes place in New York

-This fight has two rounds, one is current spiderman, The other is black suit spiderman

-CIS and PIS are off and this fight is in character

I honestly think that Black Suit spiderman would be much harder for Neji because of less morals and more strength

The suit gives him unlimited webbing. Aside from that, it doesn't give Spider-Man any advantages such as increased strength, speed, or durability.

I remember several handbooks and several comics as well as a wiki saying that black suit is stronger.
