Lucci does not stomp I would put Uvogin's Big Bang Impact > Gomu Gomu no Storm that took out Crocodile and would put Pitou >> Uvogin. Their speed is comparable if not give the edge to Lucci but Pitou can fight after death where she is at her strongest which could cause a stalemate seeing as though she could blitz Adult Gon and take his arm. imo i'd give it to Lucci 8/10 due to the fact that he's a zoan with monsterous endurance plus a master of roukushiki.

As for speed LUCCI himself says that he's 5 times fukakuro.

Fukakuro speed is directly correlated with lighting.

This makes since cuz we recently got of the enel ark so got to keep up the pressure.

And remember this is lucci without beast transformation which enchances ones STRENGTH several times over.

Actually the beast devil fruits are said to be the stoengest for combat.

This puts lucci so fast to the point where he's blitzing the entire ant clan.

Even killula who proved faster the royal GAURD pouf retreated against killula lighting.

With LUCCIs speed and durability his baseform should be more than enough for the 3 gaurds though and for Mereum his beast form using life return (which is like 50%of his max buffed form)

should be enough.

Now I might say but what about there regen especially poufs cellular REGEN.

While that is the main concern of the enemy stamina.

With lucci overwhelming speed it should be more than enough his shingan pistols will leave pouf riddled with holes.

And we all know with the killula fight pouf has a REGEN LIMIT hence why he left he knew if he kept on fighting his energy would fade out 👍

Now post nuke Mereum stomps although Mereum isn't light speed at combat but more of travel through technique.

That technique is still very admirable.

Just allowing Mereum to shoot his nen will be pre time skip lucci downfall.

Now post time skip lucci is another story.

Not only is he a completely different monster but he's lvld up from cp9 to cp0

Post time skip lucci is able to tussle with fire fist sabo who tussled with fujitora.

These guys are known for there incredible stamina some fighting for weeks and cp0 being the governments strongest powerhouse's

Speed of light is a normality in post time Skip

And Destructive capability goes from city to island to continental

Rob Lucci would be able to combat Post Nuke Meruem, Pitou, Adult Gon and Chairmen Netero and still win handily... In base form... there's that large of a stat gap.

And the only reason Rob Lucci might lose would be because of the radiation of the Rose Bomb (which is in Netero's heart) not even the bomb itself just the radiation but even then between Geppou, Soru, his techniques using both and his faster forms I doubt Lucci would get actually hit and even if he did he would've already won by then.

Lucci does this in character (see below) but his opponents ain't rubber this time like Luffy was.

Also all of Hunter x Hunter are statues... like bruh Lucci is a literal assassin... they are dead on first meeting no contest.

her nen ability is to make nen dolls, and one of them is Terpsichora which pitou lets take control of his body like a puppeteer; it increases Pitous stats by swelling and forcing his muscles to their limits and basically making more efficient moves

in HxH there's this concept of post-death nen which basically means after someone dies their nen gets a big surge or boost that can enhance their abilities (tho most of the times this would be useless since you died unless you can come back to life or whatnot, like Hisoka who used this to power-up). With Pitou, he died while Terpsichora was still active, so the doll got a power boost from the surge in nen which in turn boosted pitou's power; tho it wasn't that huge of a difference, he still got throttled by Gon
