i think Tsunade has a chance here.. remember, Jiraiya on Sage Mode died due to physical assault and massive bleeding.. and Tsunade cannot die in battle.. but if Naruto manages to held his own against her until the duration of her jutsu is over, he has a chance of winning.. but, if manages to get struck by Tsunade's immensely monstrous strength, then he will lose for sure.. plus Tsunade has far more experience than Naruto in combat, probably far more intelligent and has a vast array of jutsus under her sleeve (remember, she is a Sanin).. so there you go.. ^__^

You know even if he does have it he would lose .. if Tsunade is fighting to kill She would kill him . Her experience is just too high and sealing techniques and all the advantage except power ..
