A better intelligence matchup would be Goku vs Luffy. While Naruto is stupid he was still educated as he went to school, he just wasn't smart. Luffy had no education and was raised by bandits, sometimes I wonder if he can read properly.
Make it Shikamaru vs Lelouch with 1 week prep and you have a battle, Naruto wins against luffy but loses against lelouch terribly.
