In less than 1 minute Jeon was able to transmutate and combine 567 nuclear warheads into one giant nuke, infused the nuke with magic, teleported entire population of Seoul out of the city, used gravity pull to summon giant meteors from space and surround the city with enormous barrier to seal the explosion inside the city, all of this while he was fighting against Bishop. He also survived this massive explosion without using magical barrier to protect himself:

Jesus goh really is old. I think naruto is fast enough to win but jae certainly has the hax to drop naruto in an instant.

I thought this level of Necromancy was something only Mannimarco could do...

On topic Naruto will most likely win. The Mage is cool but his meteors are nothing to the current Naruto and so are the nukes (Not that he can just get those anytime)

The man is cool but he didn't have many feats.
