At base, Akuma's h2h trumps Naruto all day long. Goa -Hadou gives him great range advantage. Akuma at Base has beaten weather manipulators and Chi/charka masters. Gil and Oro.

Shadow clones and Blitz may be his only chance but Akuma is just too powerful. I don't see how he can take this.

Akuma beat Gill with an RD, and the RD isn't stronger or weaker whether he is Shin, higher, or at base. Also didn't he surprise Gill oppose to beating him straight up? (not that he couldn't)

Also, Akuma's "win" over Oro wasn't a win. Neither of them were fighting for real, both of them were holding back.

I really think you are either overestimating Akuma's base h2h or underestimating Naruto's. In Sage I think Naruto's speed can match Akuma's, and his strength could do him great damage. Kyubi is faster than Oni.

The reason why Akuma wins is because of speed, strength, raw power and techniques. He has Wrath of the Raging Demon, and that technique will be vital in regards to the overall fight.

@onilordasmodeus: That was not what I read. The RD did surprise gill but that was mid fight. So, that's just on Gil. I feel like that should be considered legit. As far as Oro is concerned, you make a fair point, but isn't that what "Base" Akuma is? His full power is so great it's like a power up. Shin or True Akuma. His base for his Shin. So that's just how he and Oro fight, so I also feel like that should be a legit win for him.

I don't think I'm estimating poorly at all. Naruto has never shown powess against h2h specialist such as Lee or Neji. The opposite actually. Even susuke stomps his face in when their powers are equal in the h2h department. However, Naruto's ability to swarm and his erratic nature make him tough for some. However, Akuma best naruto in base form on strenght being able to sink islands. As Shin Akuma, he crushed a meteor with a single blow.

Akuma has teleportation at base form which is faster each time his uses more of his full power. So, I don't see any form of naruto winning this.

Fair point with Gill, but with Oro, you can't say their fight was a win for Akuma unless you are ready to say Oro lost, and according to the lore, Oro didn't loose. Their fight has officially been stated as a draw where neither were serious.

Good point with the h2h and how Naruto fairs so at base I can see your point, but Sage Naruto's reaction speed has been shown be faster than Akuma. Shin Akuma isn't faster than base, he's just stronger and more powerful, and while Shin Akuma has the power to break a meteor, character's like the 3rd Raikage or Pein, who can recreate similar feats, Naruto has taken blows from and beaten straight up.

About Akuma teleporting, I've said it before on CV, Akuma can't teleport. His "teleport," officially called Ashura Senkuu, mean air flash, and when doing so Akuma just moves really fast over some distance. Base Akuma with his Ashura Senkuu is faster than base Naruto, but Sage can keep up, and Kyubi is as fast, or faster, over longer distances (not sure about the distance thing).

@onilordasmodeus: Can you link me something on the teleportation thing? Because that would change my opinion.

Also, I will go back an read on 3rd strike, but I'm of the impression that after that tournament, Akuma does in fact Defeat Oro, if it is a draw, I still believe it to be an impressive demonstration of Akuma's abilities give Oro's age, exp and powers.

The only thing I will contest is Pein and the Raikage's abilities to strike a meteor down. Base for Akuma physical and energy strength is outrageous. In base, I think he would stomp naruto horrible because his powers easily surpass pain's. and example of such is.

So, if his base is capable of this, Shin would massively out do any form naruto has in that area at the least.

The speed and lack of teleportation I would like to see where you go that info. If it isn't, then I think that the round 3 could be a entirely different debate.

Akuma can output an island busting attack. Naruto can survive a moon busting attack. Naruto speed blitzes stomps hard.
