well, I don't know that much about either, but I would say NAruto, because the ninjas know all these forms of martial arts and tehcniques that can frickin' transform them into a sand monster or make millions of clones of themselves. DBZ....just shoots blue shiny things.

DBZ might be "overpowered" but they still win this fight.  Natruto is powerful and all but they still dont have planet busting power on their side.  Plus DBZ is still faster, and still more combat experienced/skilled (but Naruto is close on the skill aspect).

Naruto verse has produced characters with many extreme hax with considerable DC such as amaterasu (star level DC), TSB (erases anything it touches), light speed movement and reactions, Totsuka Blade (ignores durability and can pierce through anything which is multiversal), Yata Mirror (has tanked multiversal attack), Bone-Ash, Madara's PS sword (universal level) Infinite Tsukoyomi (planet level), genjutsu and any ninja tricks. The best DBZ can do is only making Kamehameha which won't help against Naruto verse, because Minato simply warp it and any Rinnengan users could absorb it.
