How is Nappa going to be an Oozaru in broad day light? He doesn't know the technique Vegeta used to do it...and actually he has less of a chance if he's an Oozaru.
But Superboy doesnt have Superman level strength... ( Superboy max strength is 600 tons ) and his max speed is Mach 5... so how does he win here so easy ?

What are you talking about ? Conner Kent is no where near as strong as Superman, Supergirl, Bizarro, Wonder Woman or Superman Prime.. etc. Conner Kent has a max of 600 tons strength level... thats no where near any of his Kryptonian counterparts... and the only reason he was able to stick with Superboy Prime in the Infinite Crisis was cause of the writing...
Well i have some theory. Farmer from the begining of the series had a power level of 5, and let's say his 1 repetition maximun was 50kg(he could lift 50kg max). assuming that the farmers only power is his physical strength, and Kon-El's max is 600 000kg, we can make a proportion 5:50=x:600 000, and then x=60 000. SO by this Kon-El's power level whould be 60 000 measured using only his physical strength not any other power. 60 000 > 4000 so Kon-El should win even against Oozaru Nappa.
it's very unlikely that nappa can lift more the 10-12 tons, because goku At SS1 had trouble standing up with 80 tons strapped to his limbs. At this point Kon el is much faster then the Dbz cast, So as far as i can tell This is just a matter of speed blitzing.
yes superboy could beat nappa, i've said it once and i'll say it again nappa is the weakest and slowest saiyan there is raditz is the second weakest and slowest saiyan. However I think that Goku, Trunks, Goten, Gohan, Tien, Buu, Cell, Freiza, Piccolo and Vegeta would all be able to beat superboy.

Also I'm sure you know ssj1 increases strength times 50 which is why it became so easy for him to move the weights but later in the series, goku is stronger in just his base form than his ssj1 form the scene above. And he gains power to fight Majin buu who is 1000 times more powerful than frieza who was nearly equal to ssj1 goku .

Against all versions he would get owned, this version has already fought guys that would stomp the hell out of Goku and the rest of his buddies
Remember an important fact, DBZ characters cant take a hit
And it is All Z fighters combined were unable to hurt Nappa, and they were all able to destroy objects bigger then moon. Nappa also destroyed a whole region effortlessly. His full powered attack probably could destroyed a mars size object. and is able to fly and react at super speed, probably hypersonic. it is a good fight.
