Win is by destroying body. And their not figthing on Earth. Ultron's technopaty is useless here.

After this clash...wonder man destroyed his body...(I can not scan my comics...too old). But I'm not sure if it was a powerful Ultron.

I think Ultron takes it. I know Wonder Man has beaten him, but I think at his best Ultron would win. Wonder Man would beat Namor out of water.

There are different Ultron incarnations, most of them avobe Namor and Wonder Man, if he has access to the internet he could be able to do everything...

This depends on if Namor is hydrated. If he is he wins. If not Simon wins. Either can take Ultron. Simon should probably take this under these circumstances.
