He is still stronger than Namor, more durable and even quicker despite the fight taking place underwater.
As Sentry has displayed the ability to stay in space for extended periods of time, it seems quite clear that he has little need to breath.
That's before we take in to account Sentry's energy projection powers as well.

Sentry dosnt need to breath or eat. Namor however does.  Sentry is also a 100x faster then Namor. He takes this.

No way!  I have read to different comics with Namor kicking Iron Man's metal butt, and in one Iron Man specifically says Namor was always better than him in a head-on fight. 
I still think Sentry, though.  Sentry battled the Collective, which had the powers of Wind Dancer, Jubillee, Tag, Magneto, Blob, and--get this--Hydro, as well as all the other depowered mutants.

I wish I could say Namor but Sentry is too overpowered(Glad the bastard is dead). Namor would put up a good fight though.
