Ok Namor is kind of like the Aqua man of DC right (sorry don't know much about him)  and doesn't sea water contain some traces of metal in it. If so couldn't Magneto just do the same move he did in that X-men movie and kill Namor inside out.

Namor, over the past few years in fights like these has been a jobber. I Say Magneto take this though because he is one hell of a threat to the to most enemies. 
 
Magneto wins. Even though I have a distinct belief Namor could pull a win.
