Kisame gets WTFstomped, as he can only fight in water and move it into animal shapes (and trappy balls)

His elemental attacks will backfire because it makes namor stronger, plus atlantean can fly

Namor beats Kisame like he stole something. Namor has no chakra equivalent, killing the edge Kisame usually has on people. And water based attacks, on an Atlantean? Yeah right!
