Can't see Namor winning then. The Karaqan wasn't affected by getting hit with missiles or even a punch that was thrown from the stratosphere by Aquaman.

Namor is not likely to win this. Aquaman is physically superior to Namor by quite a bit, and he punched the Karaquan from the Stratosphere which didn't seem to do much. Namor also doesn't carry his trident as standard gear so he won't be capable of replicating what Aquaman did to beat the Karaquan.
