Namor vs Ikaris - Battles

Both characters are at full strength and in character.

Fight starts on Utopia, but seeing as they are both flyers, they can change battle locations.

Ah I came across this question in my other thread Extinction team vs Eternals.

I think Ikaris would win due to greater energy manipulation endurance & immortality.

I mean I can't see namor wining

I think Namor has more strength feats while I'll give Ikaris the advantage in speed and only slightly more durable. Both have a wide range of powers but Namor is rarely seen using them. Either way, IMO this will be a long, drawn-out battle and the victor will feel the physical trauma for days.

Probably Ikaris.

Namor might have more strength and combat feats but Ikaris isn't that far behind in the strength and durablity department plus he has a more versatile powerset and ranged attacks.

I am divided. I think Namor has it in him to KO Ikaris. But Ikaris has a wide variety of powers plus years of experience. If it was a fight to the death, obviously Ikaris wins. But Namor can put him down. I think it goes either way. Ikaris is a beast as is Namor.

I honestly don't think Namor can take this. Ikaris might even be able to mind control him.

Namor has a chance. Ikaris can be KO. I need to read up more, it's been a while but from what I can recall, Ikaris has great strength but not on Namor's level. But he has great control of his energy blasts and is an excellent flier if this took to the air.

Ikaris is only 40 tonner, but his durability is insane (as for not 100 tonner character). I think that he will win due to other powers.

Hmm based on the responses, Ikaris is the favorite in this battle. What if Namor were to take Ikaris under water? Easier said than done, that's for sure.
