Namor (Ultimate) vs. Iron Man(Bleeding Edge)

I searched for a good twenty minutes and only found older matches with the Extremis which were never settled. I would like to settle this once and for all and I'm routing for Namor. To me, he is one of the most interesting characters in the Marvel U and doesnt get much credit. Bleeding edge I do not know that much about other than it is newer and so I'm sure it just made an already over powered character even more OP.

The fight takes place at the X Mansion, which does have a lake. No other characters may enter this fight; it's a showdown between Namor and Tony. So, who will win this battle?

Iron Man.

Iron Man stomps, Namor doesn't stand a chance.

Ultimate Namor's first showing was really impressive, but he went down really easily later on. Iron Man should take this without much trouble.

Tony. Ult. Namor's feats don't hold up.

The First Fantastic Four arc with Namor in it was super impressive but he fizzled out after that. If he kept it up I'd give it to Ultimate Namor.
