Yep. He's taken Hulk down before, on numerous occassions in and by the water. He "could" solo, but Namorita's here too, and she is helping. They take the Hulks down together, hard!
She-Hulk has already beaten a drenched Namor by the water when she was only class 75.She's dominated him in most of their fights as well.Namorita isn't even as strong as Ms.Marvel so Jen will make quick work of her and Namor has no chance of beating current Hulk no matter where they fight.
