What are you talking about?This is not a fight it's a race. And Flash would win either way. Flash moves faster then kunai thrown by Minato, which he needs to throw for his space jumping jutsu to work. And in a regular fight Flash would win based on a number of feats he accumulated over the years where he beat faster, more powerful opponents. Minato just can't keep up.

Minato needs prep to win here. (How ironic, prep to win a race)

@gokstomps23: Might guy was maybe ftl if you take the bending space feat at face value. wally west is massively above that. Wally has fought in locked time, as well as having pico second reactions before. While minato has been failed to react to ftl chracters multiple times

Minato attempted a blitz on madara only to get get negged. So no minato is nowhere near wally in terms of speed since a ls chracter like madara could easily react to him.
