Idk that there are 10 without going to Skyfather levels but Doom and Thanos are 2.

With prep only very powerfull cosmics could even hope to beat Classic Strange.

@Supermanwithatan01: @Warman:  Beyonder, Molecule Man, LT maybe a Celetial or two. But skyfathers like Odin, Zeus etc would get stomped by Classic Strange. And thanos and doom could only beat him with prep. assuming Dr. Strange gets none. With prep Dr. Strange is unstoppable with a couple exceptions

I'm going with this list too. I have to also ask why Captain Britain? He sounds pretty top tier with his part of protecting the omniverse, if I read that right, but I haven't heard of any feats for him on this level...
