Putting my attraction to both these characters aside Matoi wins this fight, I'm pretty sure she could speedblitz Lucy before her vectors could reach her, and even if she can't Lucy is going to have a hard time killing her since she can regenerate.

@joygirl I watched a few episodes of Queens Blade, but the characters didn't really interest me.

@regnierofhexter because lucy died in the end, nobody did any damage to her but herself. She was using her vectors to a scale that her body couldn't handle and in a while her body started to melt. At that point Lucy was a potential planet buster with ease due to the size of her vectors. She wrecked the country though. (manga version)

The Fallen Queen OVA is nothing short of Rape. Disappointing.

You have to give it a bit to get to the better characters like Echidna, Alleyne, Nowa, Airi, etc.

well no it's decided by if Ryuko first strike because that is the only chance she has to win she has greater speed and the strength to do it but if Lucy can react or Ryuko dosent put Lucy down for good she gets killed by Lucy's arms and never gets a chance to attack Lucy again

Max powered Manga Lucy wins before melting. Anime Lucy loses handily.

Standard Manga Lucy has a debatable fight. Probably wins a majority if there isn't a blitz because she'd try to block which shouldn't work at all. She's actually rather intelligent when her target doesn't die instantly.
