Tien, he should be muti mountain level, not counting Roshi's Moon feat.

hmm.. if speed is equaled... i'd actually go for nagato because of his versatility.... though tien's solar flare can win him the battle easily.

Ill go for tien, he stopped semi-perfect cell (way more stronger than a regular super saiyan) for a while and had enough guts to fight majin boo

@valarmelkor: True, but we can see the trees on those mountains. DB mountains are huge.

The op is not using Tien at that power later on because he would be a clear winner. Only the 23rd Budokai that fought Goku when he was a kid.
