Honestly, Janemba was a serious reality warper. I really don't see how he lost at all except for plot.

Janemba, easilly. There was a sense of urgency from Janemba that Buu never really matched IMO. Goku was terrified to even get close to it, once he realized how screwed he was. Where Buu could beat them up to death while bloodlusted, Janemba could outright kill them at any second while just playing around.

Just think: this threat actually got Vegeta to agree to dance with his worst enemy, multiple times, to fuse with him even though he swore he'd never do it again after Buu (if this took place after that). Thats how serious he took that thing. You know what else made Vegeta dance? A god.

I made a com vs com battle in Tenkaichi 3 and Janemba won.

Non canon=doesn't follow the original material aka the manga it doesn't mean it didn't happen unless if it's fanfiction. Toriyama also said he thinks of the anime and manga as one. Get your facts straight bud.

the explanation the movie gave was that goku found its "weakness" and attacked at the right time, where it lowers its defences and had its tail sliced off. it defeated gohan by mist-teleporting behind him. yet after its tail gets cut off, it outright stops mist-teleporting everywhere. allowing goku to land a hit.

also none of the movies are int he same universe as each other. the universe that had janemba appear had nothing to do with movie 13, or goku and vegeta would be still dead.

it is not clear how movie 12 goku compares to anime gohan or anime buu. none of the movies have anything to do with each other, except for direct sequels (broly).

just because goku and vegeta were scared, doesnt mean gohan is. gohan would annhilate goku with the same ease, anime and manga wise.

I think Janemba might be a closer match for Gotenks. His versatility is certainly an advantage, but Gohan just has too much raw power to lose. SSJ3 Goku was at least able injure Janemba when he landed a hit, and Gohan is anywhere from 5-10 times stronger than Goku. He should be too fast for Janemba to react, and each hit will be like a freight train.
