My Supernatural team runs this Gauntlet:

Constantine would be the only survivor since the lords of Hell want him to suffer on earth.
Plus with his demon blood, most of the monsters would not find him appetizing
Also knowing John's "bad" luck he would inherit the Spawn Costume.

Damn John as Spawn, that would be neat as all hell ( no pun intended)  

They have no answer for Xombi , stage 2.

I'm going to say Stage 2 because of Xombi, but if they somehow make it past him, they're definitely not getting past Stage 4.  Shadowpact is far too powerful.  Enchantress, Ragman, Blue Devil, Nightshade...even without Zauriel they will shut this team down in a hurry.

Wow great post man I just came across it. I think this team would get past the first two stages for sure. I bet Constantine has something in his bag of tricks to take out a Werewolf and Blade has fought against Morbius before and has lost and won several times so they are evenly matched. (In the animated series of Spiderman, Blade could have killed Morbius half a dozen times if not for Spidey trying to save him.) Now Haunt is the heavey hitter of stage 2 for me. Even though he is a ghost of sorts he has the speed and strength and fighting ability to really push your team. I say they barely get past team 2. Im not familiar to tell you the truth on team 3 but based on sheer numbers Id say they're in trouble. Team 4 is where they stop because as someone else said Shadowpact are a really strong team. Plus Liz Sherman on BPRD and a few nocturnals are pretty tough. The final stage is straight murder.
