My Lethal Legion of Doom vs YOUR Justice Avengers

Fight takes place in the middle of the Las Vegas strip between Circus Circus and the Wet N Wild water park.  Morals are on for your team.  Killer Frost, Lady Deathstrike, Blackfire and Zoom are blood lusted.  Teams have to have "natural powers" only, they can't come from an item such as a "power ring", "quantum / nega bands", "power prism", or a suit of powered armor.  No spell casters, telepaths, or reality warpers.  No Midnighter, Hope, or Fantomex.  All teams MUST consist of EIGHT characters.  Half the team HAS to be flyers, half CAN'T be flyers, half the team HAS to be FEMALE (looking for a balanced team).  The power level limit is Kryptonian / Daxamite / Viltrumite strength.  I have the Villains, you guys pick only HEROES.  Otherwise feel free to pick any character from either Marvel, DC, Image, Archie, Dark Horse, Dynamite, Zenescope, IDW, Boom!, Bongo, and or New England Comics.  Ok here's my new team of Lethal Legion of Doom...

You have Zoom on your team and suddenly Odin is too powerful?

Rogue, Trauma, and Barry Allen are all possible flyers. I am assuming Ms. Marvel's power for Rogue so she can fly. Trauma when he assumes someones power can fly if they can fly. Barry Allen only doesn't generally fly because he doesn't think he can. My team fits your specifications.

Essentially I use a Super Rogue on them. Rogue absorbs all of my team's powers with Sage being the first as she is my stabilizer, then comes Barry, WW, and everyone else. Now Super Rogue can become your worst fear, has a brain that functions like a computer, can access the Speed Force, has super attributes and can fly, gets stronger each time you punch her, creates duplicates each time you punch her, and can project willpower-based constructs. 
 
Zoom is the biggest threat here but since every punch he lands on her makes her stronger his blows will mean nothing to her. Each time he hits her another speedster pops out meaning that now Super Rogue can steal their speed. Eventually enough speedsters will pop up and give my Super Rogue enough speed to match pace with Zoom allowing his superior powers to overwhelm him. He takes an amped up Wonder Woman punch to the face and is out. 
 
Black Adam is the next biggest threat but since she has amped Wonder Woman strength with amped Flash speed, she can just pummel him until he stops. If that does not work then she simply becomes Shazam and uses his magic against him. 
 
Cyborg Superman is the next biggest threat but all I need is some Dupes and some willpower constructs to slice him into ribbons at super speed and spread his components across the galaxy. He won't be dead but he won't be able to pull himself back together for quite awhile. 
 
Kara Zor-El cannot take Wonder Woman in a fight much less an amped Wonder Woman with Flash's speed. 
 
Everyone else is a non-issue at this point.

Zoom. Zoom is a big problem, the only real issue but Earth Man  wins this because he basicly becomes Zoom while Shadow Lass lays down the darkness so Zoom can't see. 
A Blind zoom is useless he'll run about  destroying eveything until  my Zoom guided by telepathic Sersi catches him and holds him for Dead man. We basicly use trick and intellect to gain two Zooms. 
If that fails and we can't catch him the first time Flashback rewinds time till we can or plan B we  start using deadman  to take control over each member of your team till Zoom takes them down 
 
Deathstroke: Please , he's Cap with one eye...Bigny eats him 
Killerffrost: Power Princess flies through her... 
Lady Death Strike: Sersi turns her into a turnip 
Kara Zor El.: Earth Man takes her power, Power Princess Has her power and Icon is as Powerful. 3 on one Kryptonian level beat down  
Cyborg Superman: Dead man.... 
Black Adam: Icon is like superman minus the vulernability to magic., ..Bye Adam 
Black fire: Shadowlass blinds here and bigby eats her.... 
 
Flashback is our ace in the hole. If things go bad she rewinds time and my group can change plans.  
If Zoom takes out Flashback (and why he would attack an unknown first when two obvious Legioneers and a Giant wolf is standing there is beyond me. 
but lets say he does its possible. 
 
Where is deadman? We hide  in flasgback, why? That who darkness thing= of Shadow lass. Deadman being a ghost is immune to it. He can let Flashback know what's going on and if Zoom runs through her..we have zoom. 
again we get Zoom we win fast. 
 
Deadman in fact is our other ace.  
You are magicless,,, That's like taking a knife to a nuke fight, you have no one on your team that can see or touch Deadman....  
You take out my entire team with by some dumb luck and Deadman still wins this.

Deathstroke is outmatched by Rose Tattoo, who is, after all, the Spirit of Murder.
Killer Frost is beaten by Photon, who blasts her with enough infrared radiation that the ice she projects melts off, and uses gamma radiation to deliver the final blow.
Lady Deathstrike as well as  the Cyborg Superman is beaten by the Drummer, whose mere presence shorts out electronics. He then attempts to hit on Deathstrike, a fate worse than death.
Zoom is beaten by Ambrose Chase, who bends time to match him, and finishes the Professor off with a normal, ordinary handgun. 
Darkseid's Supergirl is faced with  Power Girl, who is basically her, except more mature and experienced.
Black Adam is faced with Sodam Yat and Wonder Woman-a daunting process even for him.
And Blackfire is faced with Winter, an energy absorber, who will take the punishment she gives, then return it, along with his own not-inconsiderable skill with unarmed combat.

Super Rogue never fails though Industrious seems to have come up with a good team and strategy as well. Good job for using relatively unknown characters.
