My favorites vs My Other Favorites

Some people like to pit their favorites against another user's favorites in a fight. 
I say screw that. My favorites are the best characters ever. Nobody else deserves to be in this fight!!!!!one1!

Zuko (dual dao blades) 
Ultimate Peter Parker (web-shooters, no extra clips) 
Nightcrawler (616 version, unarmed) 
Steve Rogers (shield)  
Red Robin (pre-New 52, bo staff, throwing discs, grapple gun, smoke pellets)
 
Team 2 
Toph (meteorite bracelet) 
Toad
Mace Windu (lightsaber, can only use Force to enhance physical stats) 
Bane (unarmed, on venom) 
Hawkeye (20 regular arrows, 2 explosive arrows, 1 net arrow, 2 pair of nunchucks)
 
 
Random encounter.
Morals are on for all characters, but everyone is determined to win. 
All characters are their most recent version unless stated otherwise. 
Nightcrawler can not tele-dismember, tele-drop, or use his powers in any of the other ways that people like to bring up in debates despite the fact that he has hardly ever used those tactics in comics. 
Toph can not open the ground to swallow everyone, put giant earth cocoons around everyone, or use her powers in any of the other ways that people like to bring up in debates despite the fact that she never actually used those tactics in the show. 
Elimination by KO or death. No BFR or incapacitation. 
No civilians are in the area.  
Team 1 starts at A 
Team 2 starts at B.

I think team 1 has more agile people and faster plus the environment would tend to be slightly in their favor, the major threat here is Mace Windu however who can potentially solo.

I think it would come down to Toph and Mace Vs Nightcrawler and Ult Peter Parker

Since neither Nightcrawler nor Peter Parker will risk getting near the floor the victory goes to Team 1

Well I can debate with you if you want, I'm still rooting for team 1 because of spiderman.

That is my problem, if you wanted a particular response then you should have been more specific than instead moaning on your own forum.

I also feel that this is an unfair match-up with morals on is a landslide and an unfair match-up.

(Sorry if I came off a bit aggressive, I woke up kinda early after not much sleep)

Lacking knowledge on Zuko, but I do know Mace would defeat any of the other combatants, making him a pretty significant MVP.

I don't know anything about the Airbenders, but if we assume they cancel each other out, then here's how I see it:

Steve Rogers vs Toad: Steve Rogers.

Red Robin vs Hawkeye: Hawkeye.

Spidey vs Bane: Spidey

Nightcrawler vs Mace Windu: Mace.

Then:

Steve Rogers vs Hawkeye: Steve Rogers

Spidey vs Mace: Spidey, barely I think. Does Mace get to use Force for precog?

So team 1.

But I could work the matchups to give team 2 a win also. I think they're fairly close.

No precog. Just enhancement of physical stats.

OK, then Spidey wins over him. He can get up in the air and swing from the rafters to avoid getting hit, and his spidey sense will also help defensively a lot. Meanwhile he can try to web up Mace.
