Mxy can win all 4.

Depending on whether or not Mxy is immune to physical attacks (no one's ever really tried to punch Mxy before), Doomsday can win this.  
I vaguely recall Mxy making a clone of Doomsday, which actually wound up killing him (but then Mxy meets the Presence, who resurrects him).

This was the biggest joke of a post that I've seen.

Mxy yawns and just leaves the fight from boredom because he can destroy them at the snap of his fingers.

Amusingly Mxy doesn't win any of the four. He could win any of them of course using his powers but if you just lined them up and compared them Lex wins them all except the arm wrestle which obviously Doomsday wins.

He makes it possess strength of doomsdayx1000000, for the laughs. Wins arm wrestling with but a pinky finger.

He could straight up give himself the most wealth he would ever need as a mortal.

And he is annoying personified, especially to superman.

The problem is, he is a super powerful reality warper - and he is able to do just about anything he wants... Vs normal people, not so much a god like he is. And as he has the power to shape reality, he can even craft himself the ultimate body that would put doomsday to shame. Simply by willing it to be.

@delta16807: If you read my post you would see that that does not contradict what I said. He could win with his powers. but in a side-by-side comparison he doesn't.

Although this is wrong. Mxy just messes around with Superman while the other two cause him serious lasting difficulties.
