Been a while since I've read that but Superman didn't have his powers in that match so I don't see anything ridiculous about it.

Yup, I read it in the early 90s (obviously a reprint) and it was kinda hokey, I think it's from the 70s or something and actually it's a pretty fun read

The cover is actually pretty interesting. Its a virtual "who's who." Sonny and Cher, Lex Luthor, Jimmy Carter, The Beetles (Batman obviously) and some others I cant remember. Wizard magazine had an insert about it.
