Illya and Miyu will have the kaleido sticks check the location and conditions of their opponents. With other words, the enemy won't be able to hide nor suprise atk them since the girls will always know where they are.Their radar scan could also detect any bombs ur team may have hidden.

They can check the life signatures, don't see that's helping them detect hidden bombs... Have they used these to track mid battle?

The girls have the flight advantage and any attempt of long rng atks would be futile because of the their mobility and speed as u saw in the gifs. They could then just spam beams at first to gauge their enemies. The AoE will only be limited to the ring though. There's humans around so the girls will have to use another strategy eventually to avoid collateral damage.

These beams will be absorbed with Kamui from Tobi.

They won't be able to avoid what I bust out.

For example, that strategy could be having Illya and Miyu temporary seal both Tobi's and Deidara's movements and Miyu blitz at hypersonic + speed with Gae Bolg or with Pegasus.

I don't see Deidara or Tobi getting blitzed considering their speed. That paralysis looks close range as well and I don't see them getting so close without getting wrecked first.

Miyu possess mystic eyes in her Rider form and can incapacitate her enemies just by staring at them.

In this gif, Miyu used the Gae Bolg to speedblitz and kill Caster with help of Illya's mana blast at hypersonic speed. I believe such an atk is capable of one-shooting either Deidara or Tobi.

Is it fast enough to tag someone who can react to point blank explosions and absorb them... or Deidara who...

First Deidara pulls the almighty C2 Dragon out.

Then Tobi puts the landmines in the ground (This will only take a few seconds, Sasuke looked away then looked back and they were gone.)

With landmines scattered below ground ready to blow up on touch, Deidara will fire Homing missiles towards your team. Even though they are flying and are agile, since they home they will tag or Deidara will detonate them when they get close and the AOE will tag them.

Due to the Landmines being detonating clay, I doubt she'll will be able to see them with her stick. They'll be in the air like you said, but if they drop down things can go bad.

Tobi can chill on the Dragon with Deidara, absorbing any projectile that is shot at them into Kamui, eventually someones going to get tagged by either the homing missiles or landmines, or both. If one charges and tries to go close range he'll Genjutsu them to take them out.

But, if push comes to shove and somehow you survive that onslaught, Deidara will use his C4.

This is checkmate, I doubt you can mount a defense against this without lots of prior knowledge.
