Hawkgirl has all her powers and weapons, while Ms. Marvel is in her Warbird trademark form with all her own powers.  
 
Which high flying femme fatale wins if it's regular Hawkgirl VS Ms. Marvel? ' 
 
And which one wins if it's Hawkgirl with the Claw Of Horus VS Ms. Marvel?

The Claw of Horus would cause serious problem if MM gets hit by it, but I don't see that happening, MM has the superior speed. So she wins.
