I think the MCU can pull this off, if Thor mans up and actually uses the full extent of his powers (like against The Destroyer) and not just brawl like an idiot then he can be MVP.

It's an accomplishment

She can basically ignore half of the team and Engery attacks like lighting and Iron Man repulsar blasts are useless. If they have any sense they will work to get her to the ground and let hulk wail on her. I mean most of these cats can't fly and she can just stay away from them. She would probably 2 shot Iron Man. If Thor grabs her or knocks her to the ground Hulk and Thor can win, but it's mor likely she starts flying around beats up Iron Man, Aborbs Thors Lighting, then kicks his butt...Then she swoops down and beats down the rest of them.

@lukehero: This is what I was referring two when I said "if Thor acts like an idiot" if he uses his winds and lightning he could weaken her/ stun her for Hulk to do damage.

@speedster101: Yeah he would have to knock her son for hulk to start pounding her. Gonna have to wait to see how Hulk handles Iron Man flying and Ultron Flying. I want Ultrons feats to be insane.

I'm particularly curious about how they'll handle Scarlet Witch

@lukehero: It look like she could mess with people's minds, blow stuff up, and hex stuff.

Ms. Marvel. Half the team gets one-shot leaving Iron Man, Thor and Hulk. Iron Man is the only one that can keep up with Carol in the air but he's outmatched in every way. Even if she decides to ground herself she can take Thor and Hulk.
