No Binary for Carol but she still has her power to absorb energy attacks. An all out fight. She gets time to rest after every battle.

1)Cassie(Wonder Girl) and Hawkgirl.

I wanna say 2 on this one.

Tony pretty much has a contingency plan to take out most people, especially ones that he's been teammates with previously.....he's a lot like Bruce in that aspect. Tigra would really be a non factor in that match. If that didn't happen though, I could see her clearing. She has plenty versatility to take Jen out.

I'm going to agree that only Iron Man can prevent her from clearing, but since this is a random and no prep I'm saying Carol clears with ease.

@linkjt: Pre or New 52 characters? Because I'm not fully versed in New 52 Wonder Girl, but honestly I think Pre 52 would pose a threat and with Hawkgirl could put her down.

Isn't Warbird and Ms.Marvel the same person? Carol is too well-rounded to lose to Tony.

She clears. IM is the only threat imo. If Donna Troy was Wonder Girl, she'd give Carol a better run for her money as opposed to Cassie.

I'm glad it didn't bother you. We don't know each other,i think we only talked a few times so i didn't know if tagging you would bother you. Sorry for the late reply but my internet is working so bad that sometimes i can't post and can't respond comments. One moment it is working fine and then all of a sudden i'm having problems.

@linkjt: I mean how would Carol win that fight. They are arround at equal strength, Speed is around equal as well, but the damage output Iron Man almost outclasses Carol on that. And not to mention he can tank Carol's energy blast with ease. And Tony knows Carol very well, he is not gonna feed her with energy attacks.

@marlboroman: Carol already beat Tony multiple times.

@zhurong: I don't recall any of them as being serious fights(i might be forgetting some) but anyhow Iron Man got so much upgrade and there are no battles between them with his current very upgraded version.

Wow you guys really underestimate She-Hulk. She's the biggest treat on here.
