I don't know much about 3-D man or Triatholon , but I researched their powers and have to say 3-D Man would get zipped up and toe tagged. Holt's way too smart and his T-Sphere's are way too dangerous. Mister Terrific could create multiple hologram images of himself, surround 3-D man, and before 3-D man could react he would be knocked on conscious by a T-Sphere to the back of the head. Terrific for the win.
