Mr Terrific vs Green Goblin

-Random in Encounter in a unpopulated NYC 
-Both in Character  and aware of each others abilities
-Starting distance 500 meters in visible sight
-Mr Terrific has 3 T-Spheres and his mask
-Green Goblin (Norman Osborn-classic version) 
-Goblin has his classic glider w/10 explosive pumpkin bombs, 10 razor bats and 5 knockout gas pumpkin bombs 
    

T-Spheres are over the top. Mr. T has this it think, but his mask is still  Ridiculous.  

His T-Spheres are ubber powerful but Green Goblin could maneuver around the NYC buildings with his glider for protection.

T-Spheres left Captain Nazi on the ground. They take Osborn easy.
