I though sinister would regenerate from a single molecule if neccessary but he didn't he can't actually exert full control over his molecules the way Apocalypse does? I could be confused though. That said, I think MM has plenty of ways to take Sinister out, even if he can't kill him out right.
@Devias: What kind of tp attacks would Manhunter use? I guess I only see shutting someones mind down...would controlling your molecules include brain matter, making that effort not work? I dont know, I'm just all sorts of confused when it comes to tp and molecule stuff...lol

He can shut down Sinister's brain in need be, he could just put him to sleep. And if he had complete control over his molecules that control would come from the brain/mind, if his mind is being altered or attacked that control might falter.
I hate what they did to Sinister.. They punked him out from what he was supposed to be and made him into a pawn for apocalypse. That Sin gets killed here. Simple as that. Sinister used to be a very powerful psychic in his own right, even preventing Xavier from reading his mind or infiltrating it in one encounter. Xavier wasn't able to locate him using Cerebro, but that's because they would make him human instead of a mutant. I want old school Sinister back as he was originally intended by his creator.

Does Sinister even have traditional organs? Bishop once blew a hole clean through his head, and Sinister was just smiling with it, even complimented Bishop on having the spine to actually try killing his opponent.

This has to go down to TP, until Sinister will choose to break Martian's brain. And his brain can be affected in this way, since he can be KOd by physical attacks. But I doubt that Sinister ever done that or that he even met anyone other than X-Man on this power level.
When it comes to battle thread and regenerates KO should do the trick but with sinister there really is not a KO possible. Cyclops went all out and decimated his body and he was back in seconds just smiling. So it comes down to telepathy and I can't call that one
Assuming Pre-52, Martian Manhunter's vision is very capable of rendering down someone into molecules. I'd assume Sinister himself can't even regenerate if he's separated and destroyed that thoroughly
@scarbearer: Actually Sinister has much more advanced regenerating system than Apocalypse.In the battle with Thor, Thor cut Apocalypses shoulder and Apocalypse couldn't regenerate.For Sinister that would have been a no problem at all.He can regenerate just like Buu from Dragon Ball Z and he has a very strong force field wich can resist to full Cyclops blast.Telekinesys, telepathy, psychic concusive shotsfrom hands and any power he would desire with preparation.
@fukutora: are you talking about when Apocalypse and thor fought in uncanny avengers 6 if so that was because thor was using a plot weapon Apocalypse is superior to sinister in every way sinister is Apocalypse light.
