No prep time battle starts off inside an elevator with a glass floor, at the top level of a building with 50 floors. No morals. Fight to the death. Doom with usual equipment and armor.
Everything goes to TP. But I belive that Doom's Armor gives him high resistance to it and that Doom's magice will allow him to destroy whole Sinister's body and soul.
I figured doom's offence and sinister's durability would provide an interesting matchup. i guess both should be able to survive a 50 story fall from the glass elevator. Whacknasty brings up a good point about doom having space to throw out spells.
i am going to be contraversal and say Mister Sinister here didnt sinister show alot of durability against magic during the inferno where he was able to single handedly keep Maddie the goblin queen subdued thus i am going to say that Dooms lack of durability once his armor has been destroyed could be a decisive factor. as i am sure the self repair mechanisms in dooms armor will run out eventually
Anyone well versed with the Gillen Sinister? Think he's got a legtimate shot, seeing as well as he done to fight off the Phoenix 5 and take it to them, and put Loki to shame.

Because he can use electricity and some inferior telekinisis and some stupid magic which I never knew he can do b4 and he has some iron suit wich is far inferior to Iron Man suit?

1. It's not just electricity, Doom can manipulate different kinds of energy. 2. His magic is only surpassed by Doctor Strange 3. Both Von Doom and Stark have said that Doc Doom's armor is better 4. Sinister may not be an actual mutant, but his powers come from a mutant gene. Doom can shut down mutant genes. 5. Considering his armor is designed to go up against the Fantastic Four, I'd assume it has some sort of protection against telekinesis.
@fukutora: Doom by a mile. He was responsible for sending the Thing to heaven, and sold the soul of his longtime lover so he could torture the FF and send young Franklin to hell.
I think Doom will win because of the 'No Prep', but Sinister has given magic users trouble before - specifically Loki by using Dazzler's ability to stop him using magic (in the A&X comics) i think if he'd been given prep time Sinister could take the fight by using other mutations to neutralize Dooms various advantages.
Just saying, with no prep Doom's going to stomp, but with prep Sinister could stand a real chance.
He has more power then doom...doctor doom may be vary smart but mister sinister isn't too far behind mind control and reading peoples thahts may come in handy for Mr sinister! So sinister takes it

Doom's helmet has been shown to shield him from telepathy. Not only this, but I remember an issue (i'd have to find it again as my memory does not serve me very well) where he took his helmet/mask off and tempted a telepath to try and read his mind but his willpower was so strong that the telepath failed.
Doom very well could take this. Sinister is a powerful opponent and would probably give Doom a run for his money if it weren't for his armour being able to suppress mutant genes.
Lol Mr Sinister isn't winning here. He's tough as nails but his power set will do very little to doom, who is a team buster, with the tech durability and experience at taking down more powerful foes then Sinister
His armor protects him against all psionic abilities to the highest extent of cosmic beings' telepathy, so an earthbound immortal person won't have any lasting effects, if at all.
If Dr.Doom feels Mr.Sinister isn't even worth fighting after finding the basic intel on his opponent, I'm pretty sure Dr.Doom's doomsbot will show up and take out the immortal geneticist!
