@limpoyzloan: I read and was under the impression that Ghost Rider had a resistence of sorts to Reality warping. So I thought this would be a good battle.

Ghost Rider has sort of resisted a reality warper when he went up against Zadkiel. I can't really give it either way being as i have NO idea how strong Mxyztplk is.

@kingjohnrocks: He may have some sort of resistance, but Mxyzptlk is beyond reality warpers. He literally rapes reality to the point where it doesn't even make sense.
