During the Trion Saga, the Trion's dark entity possessed the Juggernaut and tapped into Cyttorak's power to power up his avatar into an universe busting level on which he was able to crack through the very fabric of space-time itself, causing the break down of multiple dimensional barriers by punching them. When Cyttorak's energies got released from Juggernaut they started destroying the unearthly Universe of the powerful Trion Gods (creators of the Triple-Evil). The rampage of Juggernaut during the Trion saga left many dimensions merged together. This feat confirms and proves once again, that magical energies of Cyttorak could destroy a multiverse. Not to mention Mephisto pointed out that Cyttorak is one of the closest candidates to being the true Satan.

At that time Nightmare imprisoned Eternity by forcing every sentient being in the universe to sleep, causing Eternity to fall in a dream state, which allowed Nightmare to control him and use his cosmic powers to destroy the Earth. However, given the inability of Dr. Strange to free Eternity, Juggernaut suddenly bounce into Nightmare’s realm by using certain magical skills of Cyttorak’s powers which he learned during his exile in the Crimson Cosmos. Juggernaut by using some spells of Cyttorak’s powers was able to neutralize and mock the powers of Nightmare (boosted with the cosmic powers level of Eternity) in his own realm. Well then, it's a good thing Cyttorak isn't omnipotent. Not in his dimension, and not outside either.

Just because my arm has never been broken in my life doesn't mean it's the most durable thing in the universe.
Prove that he is absolutely and truly omnipotent. What you copy pasted doesn't mean he's omnipotent.
Seriously though, HOTU Thanos, Living Tribunal, Pre-Retcon Beyonder, and all those other guys would have no problem defeating Cyttorak in his dimension.
I'm unsure whether people are trolling in regards to Marko Cain having resisted or overpowered Cyttorak while in Cyttorak's dimension.
Marko Cain overpowered Cyttorak's presence in his (Marko's) mind. That's it. If I'm not in mistake, this was during the Trion storyline, where in order to stop the Juggernaut who was being remotely controlled (and put on overdrive) by Cyttorak, the X-men accessed Marko's brain to get Marko's personality to regain control over his own mind. That's it. Marko overpowered Cyttorak's remote presence in his (Marko's) own mind.
That said, reality manipulation is (imo) the dumbest power due to how poorly defined it is. Do anything and everything, except not really for no particular reason. Inside Cyttorak's dimension, Cyttorak is simply unchallenged by anything - he is that dimensions' "one above all". But what's stopping the reality manipulator from being outside Cyt's dimension and simply willing it to no longer exist? It's just a silly match-up, to put a reality manipulator against anything (including another one).

You are mistaken. Cain physically fought against Cyttorak after being dragged to his dimension. Xavier entered Cain's mind to help him fight against Cyttorak because he was getting destroyed.
