This is a battle they cannot talk and reason with another

Superman files a copyright infringement suit against Majestic and leaves him penniless on the streets. 

Been done to many times. Please at least change the circumstances up.

@CitizenBane: The battle takes place on Khera. I serously dout Superman can win a copywrite lawsuit on Mr. Majestic's home planet explesily since in the wildstorm universe Mr. Majestic is more influencal than Superman.  Can we please get back on topic here?

I don't know enough about Mr Majestic to know but they better not make him stronger in DCnU. 
 
They already watered down Superman so much with. Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter, Icon, Apollo, Superman Prime, KC Superman, Kal L, Power Girl, Supergirl, Superboy, and so on and so on.

I don't know enough about Mr Majestic to know but they better not make him stronger in DCnU.  They already watered down Superman so much with. Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter, Icon, Apollo, Superman Prime, KC Superman, Kal L, Power Girl, Supergirl, Superboy, and so on and so on.

I think Mr. Majestic wins because he has managed to move solar systems before. 
 
I dout Superman will go down easy considering he has recently survived a supernova that destroyed the solar system he was in though he was still knocked out by it.  
 
It will be a tough fight  
 
Mr. Majestic will win the majority but I think superman has the chance to gain some victories.

  - Think he is slightly more powerful than Superman -
  - Has more experience in using his powers ( he is several millennia old ) -
  - Genius-level intellect -
  - Master warrior, especially in the use of bladed weapon -
  - Former Universal ( but he didn't lose his powers) - 
Of course, this won't be an easy fight. He fights no ordinary hero!

In the crossover wildstorm and dc had Mr. Majestic basicly overpowered Eradicator who has basicly the same powers as superman. 
 
But considering I don't know the power difference between Eradicator and superman I realy can't say for certain if it will still be a easy win. 
 
Can someone tell me who is stronger between Eradicator and superman? 
 
If Superman is stronger than Eradicator than he should be able to put up a decent fight.

@jeanroygrant: Thanks for giving me an excuse to stop studying. Comicvine can be so good (bad?) for distractions. Two things, first, that wasn't really Superman. That was a construct a reality warper created to defeat Majestic (all of the DC characters were made to beat the Wildstorm characters). There is nothing to show that they're at their normal power levels and given that their entire purpose was to defeat the WS heroes, they were probably jacked up to do so. Second (and probably because of my first point), the DC characters were doing things they shouldn't be able to. See Spartan on the ground? He was taken out by Batman's knockout gas. Spartan is a robot. That shouldn't be possible. I rather chock it up to the reality warper basically being a fanboy (he loved DC comics, that's why he picked those characters) and making his constructs do whatever they want, but it's more likely simply bad writing given some of the other errors later in the series, like Jenny Quantum needing a space suit to be in space and someone to carry her around.

My favorite part was Grifter killing Dr Fate. With bullets.

Majestic. Superman has literally no outs, especially with prep.

Majestic has his own power class. Seriously.

Mr. Majestic can move solar systems around and Superman has yet to of shown such a feat... SA Suprman only destroyed a Galaxy with a sneese, not strength... Majestics far to strong for him.
