Trying to get back at me for Iceman/Magneto or something? Shoulda tried a little harder. I think they'd stalemate in a normal, casual fight (like when two heroes meet for the first time in a crossover, before they become friends), but if Majestic really wanted to, he'd win. Thor can give SS a fight right? Yeah. And Maj > Thor (normal Thor). Majesetic has shown Flash-like speed/reflexes, moved planets, tossed comets, shown decent telepathy, done some matter/energy manipulation, survived being transmuted into solid rock (and turned himself back in seconds), has intelligence that surpasses Mr. Fantastic and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. I'd put Majestic over anyone below Thanos.
Silver Surfer is nearly two times faster than light-he can teleport-he can REARRANGE MATTER, change molecules into other things or just vaporize them, he's almost totally indestructible, and he can make himself nearly twice as strong as Hulk(who is as strong as Superman, who is as strong as Mr. Majestic). He can basically do anything he wants. Majestic would make it tough, but the Sentinel of the Spaceways would nail him.
Majestic is also multiple times faster than light. He can also rearrange matter and has not only survived having it done to him, but reversed the process in seconds. He's also nearly indestructible. Hulk is not as strong as Superman (unless he's crazy mad) and Majestic is stronger than both of them. Everything you're saying makes Surfer better is stuff Majestic can do. I'm not saying there's no possible way for Surfer to win, but it's more likely that Maj would.
I disagree, but I don't want to get into a "Hulk vs. Juggernaut" fight like yours with DEADPOOL, so I'll leave it at that. Surfer is smarter, too, but as I said, I'll drop it.
What do you disagree with? That Majestic can do everything that Surfer can? I haven't even mentioned Majestic's own cosmic powers yet. I think normal Majestic would beat SS, but say he can't, say Surfer can take Majestic at his normal levels. Can Surfer beat him when he's one with the cosmos?

Buck this wasn't pay back for anything. You said no one has done a battle with Majestic or atleast a good one. I Thought this would be a good Match up. Thats all

well mr whats his name has turned into a god on occasion but so has silver surfer which even made galactus say "where has he gotten all this power to even be stronger then me" he may not have said that but something similair but in the end surfer mr majestic wont really be able to do much but punch him while surfer can do some heavy damange.
If we are talking about Majestic at his best (not god-mode). He would be more powerful than Superman slightly. And if this is the recent upgraded Surfer, I say he wins.

But how do you know the Surfer can alter Majestic on the Molecular level ? That may not be an easy task to do... hell even Superman has withstood Matter Manipulation attacks... Majestic should be able to do the same

Surfer was de-powered, both from the portal that put him there and the control disk on his chest preventing him from using any of his powers. And even then he was knocking the Hulk around and his team until the disk was broken, and at that point the Surfer just stopped fighting altogether, which is when the Hulk went berserk and started pummeling him. Even so, Surfer was still in a greatly weakened state to begin with and even after all that punishment, he still managed to get up and destroy the control discs on everyone there.
