Mr. Majestic VS Sentry (Psychotic)

Mr. Majestic must protect his world against a psychotic Sentry who is on the verge of possibbly becoming the Void.  Fight takes place in Wild Storm Universe.

Location: Earth : New York City: Time Squar : 6:45 PM. 5 minutes after Sentry intentionally crash landed causing a massive quake causing fires and explosions.

 
Majestic stands 50 yards away from Sentry. 
 
Rules: NO PIS Feats, NO Prep, No weapons H2H and whatever is within their natural abilities. Fight is til opponent is no longer concious or death.

I don't know a lot about Mr. Majestic, but it seems like the only non-cosmic entities who could stand with him would be SA Superman and Prime.

I understand the fact that we should always do some reserch before making matches, but some knowledge is limited unless you own or have read several books bettween the characters. Which could be alot and change up alot do to different writers getting their hands on them.  Thats why i said no PIS and it's a slug fest. Buidling a supercomputer in Nano seconds is more of a intelligence while using speed feat, rather than a battle speed feat. It's known that characters in marvel can fight at these speeds, if i'm not Mistaken Gladiator and Hyperion were trading punches in Pico seconds which made them look as if they were standing still.  As for other feats these two seem to be a good match up for one another once you strip away any PIS that is known about them, which is why I wanted a debate being that this is a debate sight. Simply saying Majestic owns is pretty much saying he's out right more powerful than one of the most powerful beings in Marvel, whom many say is overpowered.  As for JedXMan, he needs to learn to respect others freedom to write how they want. Just because he doesn't like LOL doesn't give him the rite to Police anyone elses freedom to write whatever they want as long as it isn't disrespectful to others. Adults know this already.  But this is a debate battle forums and i'd like to see healthy debates from both sides, which is why I made the match! But Thanks for commenting though,hope to see you in more battle threads i may make in the future! "

Majestic vs Sentry 

Strength: Lifting a space ship the size of Mt. Kilimanjaro  vs Failing to lift a Helicarrier (helicarrier 1, Sentry 0)
Reflexes: Reacting in a nano second vs Does Sentry even have any reflex feats?
Speed: Earth to Saturn in seconds or the edge of the universe in months is easily FTL+ vs Going to the sun without any concrete measurement of time 
Durability: Taking a nuke to the face vs Getting owned by a falling helicarrier (helicarrier 2, Sentry 0) 
Energy output: Generating a sun/cutting through Eradicator vs Overloading Absorbing Man (Sentry might have this one but I want more examples)
Intelligence: Creating sentient devices and physics bending machines  vs ??? 
Fighting Ability: 10,000 year old warlord that trained against people of his power level vs A few decades of fights that never required skill
 
Without even mentioning the go-to high end feats (planet-moving, sun-holding, high-speed machine-building, Translight assisted-flight) people like to use for Majestic, he is better in pretty much every area. And the combat comparison shows him to be ahead in a fight. What I mean is that offense vs offense doesn't really matter and neither does defense vs defense. The win only comes if Majestic's offense > Sentry's defense and he's able to land hits (b/c of greater speed). And it is. A punch backed by the strength to lift a mountain does more damage than a falling helicarrier. 
  
Who is Marvel has the combat speed (reflexes, not movement speed) to fight Majestic if he really gets going? Surfer, Gladiator and Hyperion have shown nanosecond reflexes (I won't even get into Majestic's really good operational speed). What other powerhouses? You'd think Thor would be up there but the only examples I've seen from Thor are decades old and even those don't actually say how fast he's reacting, they just look fast. Storm and Magneto have reacted as fast as Thor's demonstrated and it's not fast enough.
