Mr. Majestic vs. Pre-Crisis Superman

The Rules:

1. Morals: 1st Round: In character, 2nd Round: OFF
2. Prep: 1st Rd: Maj gets 1 year, Supes gets none, 2nd Rd: Maj gets 5 years. Supes gets none.
3. Location: Smallville, Kansas Note: This locale doesn't give Superman ANY kind of advantage.
4. BFR to Metropolis is allowed. No planet-busting allowed.

Who wins and why?

Superman stomps.

How? Please be creative.

He outclasses Majestic in every way...

Superman, can time travel, move a planet with his breathe, destroy a solar system with his sneezes, eat kryptonite, break dimensions with his speed alone, this is a ridiculous stomp in pre crisis superman's favor

Majestic has access to his weapons and his tech. He also has 1 week of prep, which includes prior knowledge of his foe, in the 2nd round which is good for any super genius.

Silver Age Supes was virtually unbeatable, he stomps.

True, true. Maj has some pretty impressive abilities and feats himself though. I'm prepared to show scans to all of those who may be uninformed..

I think Mr Majestic has a chance with prep.

Unless Majestic brings Magic or Kryptonite, he can't actually hurt PC Superman, and considering PC Superboy could change Kyptonite by shouting (though he's usually too weak is what the exact scan says I believe) a no morals Superman restructures the molecules of the planet away from kryptonite. Game Over (unless Majestic is now Magical?)

Superman

Mr Majestic all Rounds, his Creation Blades should be able to cut through Superman easily and he is the better fighter as well as tactician also he has more fighting experience overall.

The Scan that people always cite for that is from when every Kryptonite rock on the planet was transmuted. PC Superboy grows up to be PC Superman. I'm talking about the original SA one, the one from his run with the legion of Superheroes (which is where the line is from. He transmutes whatever Element they made legionaires weak to via yelling or clapping or soemthing.)

SA Superman is probably the fastest Superman (and Mr. Majestic is Superman of his Earth).

Majestic generally hold back less than Superman, they have different morality.

Majestic. The speed feats referenced can't hold a candle to the feats I've seen of Majestic, and his creation blades would be a problem.

The Feats... Silver Age Superman's Feats are Too Heavy... Majestic can not compete with some of the stuff Silver Age Superman can do.

PC Superman throw red supergiant like a snowball, which is far heavier than thousand planets. Which eclipse what PC Superboy do.

I'm browsing through it, but you can have Superman closing a black hole right now, a small one like this usually weigh as much as one Sun, which still weigh more than thousand Earths.

And my apology, I can't find Superman moving a red giant, but I can find you Superman snuffing out a red giant wit h superbreath (second scan), he did it twice, but I can't find another scan.

The Creation Blades should still be powerful enough to cut through his durability their created out of the Creation Engine which stems from the universal essences of the universe itself.
