Mr. Incredible. He used Train cars to train with and those are about 30 tons each. He was lifting them with one arm per car. Thing struggled with a fire truck and those are 25-30 tons max. Incredible is also faster than him as well.

What about Rise of the Silver Surfer: Grimm lifted a truck with relative ease, he lifted the London Eye which is 2,100 tonnes. If you say different it's clobberin' time!

When in the second movie did he lift a truck with ease? in the first one he struggled dragging a firetruck (10-20tons) back onto the bridge and was pushing his limits than, and in the second movie he was only helping Sue hold the wheel part of it (and she obviously put in the most effort) and that was basically WIS as it went far above any shown strength level he displayed in either movie
