Macguire wins because he has three movies compared to one. Meaning he has more feats. Also Macguire's Spiderman's spider-sense was more apparent than Garfield's.

Macguire has a larger number of feats, but are they on average more impressive than Garfield's? Macguire dodged the boomerangs, Garfield dodged bullets from about 6 feet out. Macguire's strength was tested more often, notably in stopping the train, holding up the bus or whatever that goblin dropped off the bridge, and catching the wall as it fell on MJ in SM2. As for Gafield's strength it's pretty much just catching the cars that lizard tossed. He does that fairly easily, but we don't see the limits of his strength. Garfield did seem to be more agile, and more varied in his fighting style, where in most cases Macguire was just throwing punches.

Did he actually catch the cars? Or did he support ones weight for a short period with his webbing? I can't remember what happen on that bridge scene.
