General Ross tracks Bruce to downtown New York and attempts to capture him. Failing to control himself, Bruce transforms into Hulk and defeats Ross's force, effectively making a big mess of the city which, of course, attracts the attention of Spiderman.

Dam, this is close. I can't decide, Hulk has the fire power, but I'm leaning with Spidey, it's just Hulk's Durability that's a problem.

I dont think its gonna be easy for Hulk.
Spidey was easily at 20+ tons in the movies. Plus his agility is crazy and his webs are hella powerful.

Hulk wins this. Nothing Parker can really do here. Hulk is stronger and has a higher durablity. Spider-Man has his agility and spider-sense which would keep him away from the Hulk in the fight. However, one wrong move and Spider-Man is in trouble.

Spidey was punching Doc Oc in the face and not even putting him out. Doc is just a normal human with advanced technology laced to his spine, his punches should KO him but they didn't. Hulk would stomp!

Jumps at least 20 feet in the air from a standing position

nehhhh go watch spiderman 2 again. i just watched it last night and even I was surprised about some of his feats.
remember spiderman three when Sandman turned into that giant and started smashing spidey? To get up from that takes some serious durability.

Hulk cant touch spidey and a thunderclap would merely push him over.

Have you ever even seen the spiderman films?
I dont think Hulk could have stopped that train by standing in front of it. That would take way more strength than he ever exhibited in the film.
I would say Spiderman is in the 15-20 ton class whereas Hulk is in the 50-60 ton class. However, Spiderman has agility such that hulk will never even touch him, reasonable durability to take hits from the Hulk if he does get tagged and powerful webbing that could probably contain the hulk.
I can see Spiderman dancing around Hulk, tagging him all over, maybe picking up a telephone pole and whacking him with it. All the while Hulk is just trying to keep up.

Im not even gonna argue about strength, but honestly, what real strength feats did 2008 Hulk have? I would easily put 2003 Hulk over 2008 in a battle, hands down.
Cmon now why cant this guy beat hulk? If you noticed, he's actually gotten stronger after every movie. His durability is enough to take a few, if more, hits from Hulk......that is if Hulk can touch him. His strength should be enough to wear Hulk down too. He would also utilize his webbing, maybe to propel himself or objects like a bullet.
Its a tough fight, but Spiderman takes it.

I mean dosen't Spidey usually beat Hulk in the comics, heck he even wears down Red Hulk, which is funny because Hulk could solo Spidey's rouges gallery yet Spiderman seems to beat him. But I don't think Hulk will loose completely in the movies he never goes unconcious apart from turning to Banner which is calming down. So Spiderman might win, it can go either way

@k4tzm4n Didnt I make a thread like this just recently and it got locked for a mismatch?

Based on the op, their is no prep...etc..etc...etc and Spiderman gets ripped apart easily, Spiderman doesnt stand a chance... ( movie wise. ) Spiderman would have to take his spider string and fly away because Once Hulk grabs him, hes dead very easily...
