Iron Man stomps. All Batman has in the movies going for him is his fighting skills, which are nothing when put against Iron Man.

Ya, agreed...and even so, Batman in Nolan's series doesn't seems so good in Martial art too...

IronMan ftw...Probably pretty easly too. Batmans only hope is if his EMP rifle from TDKR would have any effect on Starks armor, which it probably wouldn't seeing as his ark reactor chest piece was still functional after the factory Ark Reactor blew at the end of the 1st movie...Can't really think of anything else Batman could do.

Considering Iron Man is intellectually more gifted, as witnessed on his films, even with preparation time, there is nothing Batman could do.

In Avengers Jarvis was able to hack through S.H.E.I.L.D.'s highest security rather quickly. All Tony has to do is have Jarvis hack through Bruce's tech and use it against him.

here are some facts

Tony Stark: Makes everything he uses, an actual genius with few who could compare, efficient with his use of time, never quits, relies on nobody, when he became sick and injured he studied hard and worked to find a cure at all costs and ultimately found one in a brand new element, uses his brain to win as well as his suit, took on Thor and did well.

Bales Batman - relied on Fox to provide him with 90% of his gear, did not make anything himself, never portrayed as genius intellect without equal like Batman always was, never one step ahead of anyone, is a quitter ( he quit twice making him not batman to anyone who knows better...batman doesnt quit for his own personal gain ), once injured literally sat in a dark house for 8 years dying more each day in a depressive fit, did not seek medical help for his osteochondritis and joint issues, any other batman version would have sat in that batcave until he found a way to improve his health, Bale just gave up, fought Bane with absolutely no technique or gadget usage what so ever, fought him like a gorilla would with no class or style. Quit at the end of the movie, again. AGAIN.

Downey was 100x the Batman that Bale was, and he played Tony Stark lol...sad

Who voted for Batman? No seriously, WHO voted for Batman? Movie Iron man stomps Movie Batman and every other major character in the Nolan trilogy simultaneously, all he needs are his metal plated fists. Bane? Snaps him in half like a tooth pick. Ra's? His hands break on Tony's suit, then Tony caves in his skull with a punch. Joker? Rips his head and spine off sub zero style without breaking a sweat. Catwoman? Beds her ;). Gordon? Kicks him in the chest so hard his organs go flying out his chest. Robin? Rips his arms off and clubs him to death with them. Batman? Rips out his heart from his chest like in the temple of doom.
