I assume that those are the Jedi we seen during Geonosis battle, plus maybe Yoda and Qui-Gon Jinn, right? If so, there is a big chance that MCU team would win this. Thor can deal a lot of damage; he can fly high into the sky and create gigantic tornado, or summon a lightning storm:

he can throw Mjolnir at the Jedi:

or he can just put he's hammer down:

All of this are area attacks and no Jedi - maybe with exemption of Yoda who theoretically jump jump out of the way- have means of avoiding them. And surprisingly enough other, most useful character in this fight, would be Hawkeye; maybe his arrows are not as fast as blaster bolts - although it's debatable - put if Jedi will try to block or deflect them, there is nasty surprise for them in form ofexploding arrows :
