Movie Iron-Man VS Alex Mercer

Battlefield: NYC, Stark Tower.

• Round 1 : No BFR.

1. Iron-Man - Iron-Man 1 armor, fight restricted to as high as Alex can jump, morals on, and no prep.
2. Alex Mercer- Morals on, cannot consume Iron-Man, no armored form, and no prep either.

• Round 2 : No BFR.
  

1. Iron-Man - Iron-Man 2 armor, flight restricted to 100m, morals on but not holding back, 10 minutes prep.
2. Alex Mercer - Armored form allowed, morals off, still cannot consume Iron-Man, 1 hour prep.

• Round 3 : BFR allowed.

1. Iron-Man - Iron-Man 3 armor, flight unrestricted, morals on, can call in Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Iron-Patriot along with the US military. Can call in Thor but ONLY if they have no hope whatsoever, if so Thor takes 20 minutes to get to the city, If Alex can kill them all within 20 minutes then Thor cannot help, 45 minutes prep, cannot nuke the city.
2. Alex Mercer - Fully upgraded at his strongest with Hulk consumed, morals off and bloodlusted, can consume anybody, 2 hours of prep, and James Heller is with him in this fight.

This is a very elaborately thought out thread... kudos to you, sir. I think Alex would be able to breach Tony's suit before could call his allies. What I'm saying is:

Round 1: Alex

Round 2: Alex

Round 3: Alex, but it'll definitely be harder than the first two rounds. The Iron Man 3 armor is even better than the Avengers one, and the Avengers armor helped Tony fight Chitauri aliens hand to hand.

The street levelers are useless in round 3. Alex unleash a shockwave attack and they are bits.

Anyways any round Alex stomps, especially in a city. Stark has never fought anything like Mercer before.

Mercer at his strongest can give a good fight to all but the most powerful versions of comic Tony, especially in a populated city where he has essentially unlimited healing.
